The Medievia Frequently Asked Questions FAQ on Real Estate

Q: How much does a house cost?

Q: How do I create a clan?
A: See HELP CLAN_CREATION
Q: What is a GOHOME
A: Gohome is an ability that lets you gohome to a house. You do not
need to own a house to have the gohome ability. You can get your gohome
set to your clanhall or to someone else's house if they allow you.
Once you have a gohome, you do not have to use RENT or QUIT to log out of
the game; you can use QUIT while in your home. See HELP GOHOME
Q: What are the prices for real estate?
A: Clanhall prices are listed in HELP CLANCOSTS House prices are in HELP
BUYHOUSE
Q: Can I get mobs or items loaded into my house?
A: No, you cannot get items or mobs loaded into your home.
Q: How do I buy a house or gohome?
A: To buy a house, or a gohome to an existing house, email realestate@
medievia.com. Always include your playername!
Q: How do I make changes to my house?
A: See HELP HOUSECHANGES
Q: How do I change where my gohome points to?
A: The cost to have your gohome moved to a new location is 10 million gold.
If you are "kicked out" of a house by the owner, or you are removed from
your clan and had a gohome to your clanhall, your gohome will be changed
to the Medievia orphanage automatically.
Q: Can I have more than one gohome?
A: No. Only one gohome per player.
