CLANITEM_CHANGE

For a charge of 600 million gold, clans may change their clanitem. This
can only be done once a year. NOTE this does not mean you may change a
clanitem you created two months ago. Clanitems must exist in the game for
at least a year before they can be changed.

To change your clanhall key, the charge is 100 mil. See Help KEYCHANGE

Clanitems take a while to handle, to approve and put in, especially those
with custom messages and special procedures. Changed clanitems are
subject to the same rules as new ones, and we reserve the right to edit
or deny new items or procs that are not suitable or feasible.
