BLOODLINE_ELECTION

Elects a bloodline patriarch.

Syntax:
      bloodline election        - shows you election results and who is patriarch
      bloodline start election  - starts an election LEGEND only)
      bloodline vote <name>     - casts your vote (name can be any bloodline member)

Every bloodline with at least five generations will need to elect a
patriarch - a designated leader. This often may end up being the bloodline
creator, but it does not need to be. The patriarch is the only player in
the bloodline who may create or change ABODES

The name of the player that started the election is visible, as are each
player's votes. Elections run for ten days and may be started at any time.
However, any legend that continuously starts new elections to be a pain may be
purged if the bloodline complains to Vryce. Do not abuse this feature.
