CLANSHIFT


This command allows the clan leader or coleader to shift ranks up or down
one at a time. It allows the leader to insert a hole in the clan ranks so
they can add new people in the middle.

Syntax:
    clanshift up [rank] - shifts everyone above the rank up one rank
    clanshift down [rank] - shifts everyone below the rank down one rank

Note that this command will not shift people so that there are duplicate
ranks.
