Creates a violent gust of wind which will remove a target from their formation.
When cast against a formation's leader, the entire formation will be unformed.
The target gets a save to avoid being unformed. In the case that a formation
leader is the target and makes a saving throw, each player in the formation
will get a saving throw attempt to remain formed.
