PTELL

Avatar only.

The PTELL command is used for doing a Pray Respond, a telepath that will be
directed to a particular person but seen by all entities that normally see
single class prayers. For example:

ptell Bob Read Help NAMES for info

Will cause the following prayer to go out to the player Bob and other prayer
reading avatars and immortals:

Jane pray responds, Bob: Read Help NAMES for info.
