BLOCKMAIL

This command allows you to prevent specific players from contacting you
via the MAIL, MESSAGE, and LINK commands.

Syntax:
BLOCKMAIL iggy - toggles whether iggy is blocked
BLOCKMAIL      - displays the list of blocked people

Note:  if someone blocks you from sending mail, do *not* try to get around
it by using other characters.
