ANNOUNCEMENT

Shows you what is new concerning the Game. Your prompt will show
ANNOUNCEMENT if there is a new one you have not read yet. Simply typing
the word ANNOUNCEMENT will cycle through only the latest articles.
If a new ANNOUNCEMENT is made, you see the flag in your prompt instantly,
with no game restart needed.

You can read old issues by typing ANNOUNCEMENT followed by the issue
number. The first issue of this system is ANNOUNCEMENT 1.
