This is one of the evil clerics most powerful weapons. By praying to the
gods of Evil, the caster may invoke a great eruption of flame. This fire
explodes from the casters mouth and surrounds his/her victim. The damage
is determined by the casters level, and a saving throw vs spells is given
to reduce the damage taken.
