SHIP_SURVEY

The ship survey command operates similarly to the regular SURVEY command.
The main difference is the method of reporting objects you see. It will
tell you what part of the ship you see it from and how many points from
that part it is.

There are eight points per quadrant.

For example, Four Points off the Starboard Bow means its right off to
starboard. Seven Points off the Starboard Bow means its almost Astern.
