PROFICIENCY

These stats modify how your spells and skills perform beyond base
damage. All bonuses are subject to hard caps. Anything above a cap
is ignored.

PROFICIENCY
Increases damage, healing, and debuff strength.
Positive = stronger and harder to resist.
Negative = weaker and easier to resist.

SUSCEPTIBILITY
Determines how much you suffer from a spell or skill.
Negative = take less damage and resist more.
Positive = take more damage and resist less.

MANA COST
Changes how much mana a spell requires.
Positive = costs more. Negative = costs less.
Does not affect non-spell skills.

SUCCESS
Affects whether a spell or skill works at all.
Positive = more reliable. Negative = more failures.

EFFICIENCY
Controls recovery lag after using an ability.
Positive = act sooner. Negative = longer delay.
