NSEND

Syntax:
nsend <item> - marks item unmailable
nsend        - lists unmailable items in your inventory

Marks items in your inventory unmailable so they cannot be sent to other
players at the post office.

This command is a toggle; using it on an item that is already marked will
cause that item to be unmarked--unless the item loaded that way, in which
case it is permanent.

Using the command with no arguments will list your inventory with all
items which are marked indicated by a +.
