AVDONATE_GUIDELINES

When you consider what a new player might like to see in a donation room,
keep these things in mind:

If they can buy it at a store, let them.
If they can get it randomly off corpses, let them (potions).
If they can kill the mob it loads on, let them.

In other words: No potions, staves, shop-bought items, or equipment from
easy-to-kill mobs.

Also, if the equipment is for level 26 and above, do not avdonate it.
