The Blacksmith skill represents your understanding of metals, tempering, and the forge. A higher skill improves your chances when working with tempers and sigils and may increase the strength of a successful result.

Your skill can improve through repeated practice at a forge. Crafting is not risk-free: mistakes or poor craftsmanship may sometimes cost you Blacksmith knowledge.

Different trainers can teach different skill levels, and some trainers have requirements that must be met before they will teach you.
