The Answers You May Have Been Waiting For - Mudslinger Staff

Rapscallion's latest competition, based around our very own Zeksagmak, attracted but one answer and it's rather gratifying to find it was correct. The answer was that the song was based on Transvision Vamp's "Landslide of Love" from the Velveteen album, released in 1989.

The original lyrics can be found here and the song itself is available over Napster.

Congratulations to Drahma, the winner of one million shiny gold coins

It's also come to our notice that the answers to other songs haven't appeared for general view. The winners of the prizes have long since been forgotten (sorry...) but the answers are as follow...

Magic of the Musicals competition (also known as number 9)

Song 1 was based on "Dentist" from the Little Shop of Horrors.

Song 2 was based on "The Phantom of the Opera" from the show of the same name.

Competition number 8

Based on Twenty Four Hours from Tulsa, sung by Gene Pitney
