French 4 Honors is a course that constists of highly movitated 11th grade students. These students have been studying French since 6th grade and will mostly likely continue next year to French 5. The course curriculum is fast-paced and extremely demanding of the students.

With this in mind, I have adapted the curriculum and integrated technology as much as I believe possible with the resources available. Follow the links to learn what types of technology I use and how they have aided my students in the learning of French and the cultures that speak it.

• Visual Media: Students view a variety of videos, DVDs, and films to support the curriculum.
  
  
• Multimedia Student Projects: The students use French, the Internet, and a variety of software to create publications and projects.
  
  
• Video Project: Instead of memorizing a dialog for presentation in front of the class, the students create a 3 scene skit on video.
  
  
• Internet activities: The students complete a variety of activities to reinforce cultural information and curricular material.
  
  
• Teacher-created and publisher-provided Power Point presentations to teach and reinforce grammar and vocabulary.
  
  
• French language music CDs and CDs for listening activities that accompany textbook.
  
  
• Overhead transparencies.
