Level : Level 17 cleric, Level 18 mage
Mana Usage : 3 per person, minimum 10
Casts refresh on all PCs and mounts in your formation. Note that if you
don't have enough mana to cover everyone, you still lose the 10 mana
casting cost, and nobody ends up refreshed.
