Usage : cast mass quickness

Duration : Level / 2 + 5
Level : Level 21 cleric
Mana Usage : 25 per person, minimum 50
Casts quickness on all PCs in your formation. Note that if you don't have
enough mana to cover everyone, you still lose the 50 mana casting cost,
and nobody ends up with quickness.
