SAY
These are the most common ways of communicating with other players. (See:
TALKINFO for examples to many of these.)
The TELEPATH command works only when you are in Medlink. (See Also: MEDLINK
This command also works while typing to anyone enrolled in the same clan,
a member of the same bloodline, or a person who has a telepathy AMULET
that matches yours.
Syntax: tell <name> <message>
Tells a message to another player. Using TELL costs you 10 movement
points. If you currently have less than 10, you can not use the TELL
command.

Syntax: say <message>
This is like talking aloud. Everyone in the room will hear what you say.

Syntax: talk <name> <message>
Very similar to SAY but person specific. Everyone in the room will hear
what you say to that player. The player you talk to must also be in the
room.

Syntax: whisper <name> <message>
These commands are a combination of both TELL and SAY You may only
whisper to a player who is in the room. However, only that person will
hear what you said. The other players in the room will see that you
whispered or asked something to that player, but they will not see the
message.
