TOWN
The TOWN command allows players whose clans share the same town to communicate.
In an effort to keep the spam down, each use of the command costs the player
500 gold.
To talk just type "TOWN-something".
Example: TOWN our shops are the best!
TOWN OFF will turn all town chatter off for you.
TOWN ON will, of course, turn the town chatter back on for you.
TOWN with no arguments will list who is online in your town and also
state if they have their TOWN off or not.
