TEXTSUGGEST

Players level 31+ can use this command to suggest a text addition to the
game, earning a medal if approved. You can list all players suggested
texts, list approved text, recently implemented text, and denied text.

To suggest a text change you enter in where-when it happens, exactly what
it says now so we can find it in the million lines of code, and what text
you suggest.

We would like the game to state things many ways. For instance when a
Captain kills a baby serpent the deckhands shout many things, what else
could they shout? Every aspect of the game is chock full of text that is
pumped out to players.

Players are mudmailed when their suggestion is approved, implemented, and
denied along with why. Players earn a medal for their first approved text
suggestion and another medal after getting 12 approved.
