"STORM FROM AFAR"

A Storm from Afar will follow a Giant SEASLUG and can appear anywhere on
the continent where certain mobfactions are. It appears in red and magenta,
and its effect can hurt you, even in the shielded City of Medievia. The
specific effect of the storm varies by what type of terrain you're
standing on in the wilderness (for example, you will see different effects
on the beach than in the mountains or in the water). The storm can shrink
and grow, and can change direction, unlike regular WEATHER storms.

The "SENSE WEATHER" spell and FORECAST command do not show these storms.
