SPELL_PHASE

Level       : Level 17 cleric
Mana Usage  : 50 + 50 more if caster is mounted on a horse or another beast

This spell can teleport you to the name of the person spoken, if that
person is in close enough proximity to you. The higher level you are,
the greater the distance you may travel. There is magic in the world,
greater than that of mortals, which can prevent the phase from working.

If you are mounted, the phase travel will also include your beast but it
will cost 50 more mana. If you are trying to phase to somewhere where your
mount could not ordinarily walk, the mount will NOT go with you.
