SPELL_HEAL

Heal is a powerful curing spell. The amount of hit points it restores
in the victim is dependent on the caster's level. The spell is twice as
powerful when cast on another person than when cast on yourself if you
are not a current class cleric. Current class clerics heal themselves
2/3rds the amount they heal another player for. So if you heal another
player for 100, you can heal yourself for 66 or so. The Heal spell always
leaves a few hit points unrestored.

A current class cleric who is engaged with another player can only cast
one heal spell on himself or herself per round. In other words, "fast
cast"-does not apply to cleric self-heal during PK If the cleric is
engaged with a mob, or not engaged in combat, the current class cleric
cast rate is unchanged.
