Usage : cast energy drain <victim>

Level : Level 13 mage.
Mana Usage : 22
When this spell is cast, the mage attempts to draw the victim's
life energy out of his/her body and into the mage's own. When successful,
this results in a loss of mana, movement and vitality for the victim, and
an equal gain for the mage. The victim is allowed a saving throw to avoid
the effect.
Note: Casting this spell is an evil act.
