Duration    : Level / 6 ticks on players and mobs, permanent on objects.
Level       : Level 12 mage
Mana Usage  : 20

Cast on a person that fails the saving throw, this spell will reduce
their hitroll by five, and reduce the saving throw versus spells by
two. An object that is cursed can not be dropped or removed if worn,
and may also be damaged by the spell.
