This spell will use the "force of nature" to make lightning strike the
victim. It is only possible to call lightning outside and only when
it is raining or lightning. This spell is very powerful and will inflict
damage dependent upon the casters level. Victims are allowed a saving
throw vs spells to reduce damage taken.
