SPELL_BOLTOFLIGHTNING
Usage : cast bolt of lightning <victim>

Duration : Instantaneous
Level : Level 9 mage.
Mana Usage : 15
This spell is more powerful than the shocking grasp spell. Damage increases
with the caster's level and a saving throw vs spells is allowed to reduce
the damage received. In rare occasions, the target may dodge the bolt
completely, taking no damage.
Note: If it is raining, this is one of the most damaging spells.
Further note: This spell replaces the old LIGHTNING BOLT spell.
