"SMITE GOOD"
"SMITE NEUTRAL"

Weapons with a SMITE alignment flag have a chance to do extra damage
against players or mobs of that alignment with each attack made with that
weapon. The chance for the increased damage is based on the alignment difference
between the wielder and their opponent. Using a weapon with a SMITE alignment
flag against players or mobs of other alignments will cause the weapon to have a
chance to do reduced damage against players or mobs of that alignment. Note that
any damage modification from smite applies to the base weapon damage only.

Example: A good-aligned player with an alignment value of 1000 wields a weapon
with a "SMITE EVIL" flag while fighting an evil aligned mob with an alignment value
of -500. That player's weapon will have a chance to do increased damage against that
mob. If the player were fighting an evil aligned mob with an alignment value of
-1000, his chance for increased damage is increased due to the larger alignment
difference. If however, the player wields this "SMITE EVIL" weapon against a neutral
or good-aligned opponent, the weapon would lose its damage bonus and have a chance to
receive an additional damage penalty.
