RULE1

1. LPK (Lawful):
1a.
Lawful areas are just that, and you are expected to follow the rules and
respect all players. You should not in anyway do anything to inhibit,
disrupt, nullify, or otherwise ruin anyone's experiences while in a lawful
area, within the rules (so, it is possible to be a hideous being yet
remain within the bounds of the rules). Players in lawful areas may expect
to and SHALL get to enjoy the game without worries over other players'
  actions.
1b.
  No kill-stealing/mob-stealing. Kill-stealing constitutes attacking a mobile
when another player is engaged in combat with the mobile. This rule holds
true in any LPK or NPK area. Read Help KILLSTEALING for full details.
1c.
Do not loot other players' kills. If another player kills a mob, do
not loot it without his or her permission. This rule holds true in any
  LPK or NPK area.
1d.
Spamming doors closed, in order to disrupt others' movement is illegal.
(this holds true in LPK NPK and CPK
1f.
Undead corpses of players may not attack other players or mobiles. (holds
true in LPK NPK and CPK
1g.
Room "Eq". Equipment and/or items loaded in a room by the game, or dropped
in a room by other players, is governed on a "first come first served"
basis. If you enter a room and another player(s) is in the room, they
have "claim" to the room's objects. You must ask the other players for
permission to use/get any items in the room. If they leave, the room is
yours. This does not hold true for mobs (read further about killstealing
etc). This DOES hold true for locked containers, such as chests,
drawers, and desks, where one player unlocks the container. The contents
of the container count as room eq and belong to whoever unlocked.

  Exemptions:
  1) If the room equipment is located directly behind a "locked" door and a key
is required to access the room equipment. The person who "unlocked" the
door has precedence over the room equipment.
  2) If the room equipment is located directly behind a blocking mob and it is
necessary to kill that blocker mob to access the room equipment. The
person who killed that blocker mob has precedence over the room equipment.

The rule exemptions hold true in LPK and NPK You lose your precedence if you
get PK'd out after you have "unlocked" the door and/or killed the blocker.
The term "directly" refers to the first room beyond the obstacle.

1h.
Please do not interfere with a mob that a player is fighting in any way.
This includes, but is not limited to: fearing, sancing, or healing the mob.
