ROUSE

This command allows you to make people in your formation stand. It only works
on people who are resting.

Syntax:
    ROUSE        - makes you stand
    ROUSE player - makes player stand
    ROUSE all    - makes all players in your form stand

This command is used to force those in your formation to stop resting and
stand up. It can only be used on others in your formation if you are the
formation leader and if those you are trying to rouse are in your room.
