REGEN

To regenerate means to simply regain your hitpoints, mana, and movement
back. Sleeping helps speed the process, as well as sitting or resting.
It is also rumored that there may be certain items in the game that
help speed the process even more.

The parents and early generations of long BLOODLINES also get a bonus to
