QUEST_TEAMELIMINATOR

Object: 16 or 32 players enroll. There are 4 Rounds to the game. The
rounds pit the players in 2 on 2 battles. Everyone fights at the same time
per round. But you only fight 1 other team of 2, in a 4 room area. Your
opponents are selected at random "  " you have no choice about who you
fight. After each round there is time to "regroup" and prepare yourselves
for the next round.

Commands:

telepath <Quest god> remove me - remove yourself before enrollments close
telepath <Quest god> team with <player> - to team with that player
