QUEST_SUPREMITY

This is a two-player-team killing quest. When you enroll, you are placed
in a holding room and must telepath the god running the quest to team
with another player. Once you are teamed up, you will be placed into the
arena. The objective of the quest is to kill your competitors.

Your team will gain points based on the level of the people you kill, and
you will gain quest points based on your total points. If you die, your
team will lose a percentage of its points. If your partner quits, your
team is disbanded and you will need to find a new teammate.
