QUEST_SNOWBALL

Object: It's been snowing, so let's have a snowball fight! The object of
this game is to pelt your opponents to death with snowballs! Upon enrolling
or re-enrolling you will be given a pair of magical mittens. These mittens
give you the power to MAKE SNOWBALLS'. However since these mittens are
quite bulky they restrict many spells and skills you might be used to using.
In fact these mittens limit almost anything besides throwing! So THROW
those snowballs and run for cover!

Commands:

make snowball   - Make a snowball
throw <target>  - Throw a snowball

tell <quest god> time                   - Check time left
tell <quest god> score                  - Check your score
tell <quest god> score <character name> - Check another person's score
