QUEST_DEATHMARCHESONWARDS

This is a free-for-all quest designed to see who can kill the fastest.  The
quest requires 18 players before an enrollment time limit starts, but the quest
itself has no time limit.

There are three rounds of fighting in ever-shrinking pits. Subsequent rounds are
not delayed by previous rounds; the killing keeps going on. Once killed, a
player is unable to rejoin the quest.  There are four different ways to earn
quest points, which are awarded at the end of the quest.
