PAYPAL
You MUST include a note with your Paypal donation telling us what
player(s) get how many donation tokens. When you donate money to the game
we give you donation tokens which you can turn into donation items or
trade to another player for Medievia gold. Use the DONATION command to do
these things once you have donated money for donation tokens. Basically,
you MUST tell us the player name when donating so we know who to give the
donation tokens to. One dollar = 1 token. That is it, very simple.
This help file deals with how to use www.paypal.com to electronically send
donation funds to Medievia. More instructions on how to donate to Medievia
are in help DONATION Complete descriptions of the various donation items
are in help "DONATION ITEMS"
To donate to Medievia using PayPal:
Go to www.paypal.com. If you do not already have an account, sign up.
Medievia is not responsible for your PayPal account. If you're not fully
comfortable using this site to send money, please see help DONATION for
our mailing address and send a money order.
Once you're logged in to your PayPal account, click the "Send Money" tab.
Fill in the form as follows. Please be careful if this is a donation deal
to make sure the items go to the right character(s).
To: vryce@medievia.com
Amount: the amount of dollars to turn into donation tokens, or you may
send a separate donation for each character if you want
Currency: USD - U.S. dollars only
For: Service/Other
Click the "Continue" button. On the next page, you MUST fill out the rest of
the information! The "Message to Recipient" CANNOT be left blank, or your
donation will not be processed correctly.
Subject: DONATION
Message: Fully explain what player(s) are to get how many donation
tokens. If you just give one playername that player will get all of the
tokens. One dollar = 1 donation token.
Click the "Send Money" button after completing the form.
If your Paypal email address is different from the email address on your
character, please specify an email where you can be reached with any
questions. Please use the EMAIL command in the game to make sure your email
address on your character is accurate and up to date.
