NTEL

Toggles whether an avatar can be telepathed by single-class characters.

When NTELL is turned off, the single will see "Avatarname isn't receiving
tells right now."

NTELL only comes into play if the other forms of telepath, such as clan,
bloodline, amulets, or presence in MedLink, do not apply. If both players
are in MedLink, the telepath would go through, or if both players are in
the same clan or bloodline, regardless of an avatar's NTELL setting.

Remember that this is only for use as part of avatar duties. Don't abuse
this privilege to telepath single-class friends outside of MedLink.
