NCLAN

Avatar only.

Allows avatars to speak on the "NEWBIE CLAN" (clan 50) channel.

Syntax:

nclan <message> - sends <message> to the members of clan 50
nclan <on|off>  - toggles whether you have the channel on or off

If you have NCLAN turned on, *please* be at the keyboard and willing to
answer questions and participate on the clan 50 channel. If you need to go
AFK please turn NCLAN off first.
