"MOB CHATTER"

An option in the SETCOMM command is "MOBILE CHATTER" When this is turned
on, you'll see the speech and emotes done by mobs in zones. Sometimes,
these lines (also called "gossips" or "gossip flags" or "comm flags"
because those are the terms used by zone builders) are just for
atmosphere, but often they give important zone hints. If you find them
spammy or repetitive, type SETCOMM 9 to turn them off. Type SETCOMM 9
again to turn them back on. This is turned on by default for new players.
