To be IT or TAGGED is part of a game of tag.
A person that is seen with IT after the title is "it" and may tag another
person. If a person sees TAGGED before their <0hp 0m 0mv 0br>, that person
is it.
To be rid of the TAGGED flag, tag another player in the game (e.g., tag
Bob). A person can NOT tag a mob to be rid of their flag, only another
character. In no way does this game affect your score or experience.
