ECHO

An echo is a global announcement made by the gods. It will show up on a
line by itself, in yellow text. Usually, echoes are used for important
information that everyone needs to know. Changes in the game's STATUS will
be announced with an echo. Gods use echo to announce the start of QUESTS
Gods may also be available to echo new HEROES new LEGENDs, or newly
mudmarried couples.

The game automatically echoes certain events such as the attacks and
slaying of a DRAGONLAIR dragon, the birth of BLOODLINE children, the
creation of new CLANs, and enrollments and removals of clan members.

The ECHOLOG command shows recent echoes in case you may have missed them.
