CLAN_NEWS

Syntax:
    clannews - shows you the latest clan news
    clannews <issue> - shows you the specified clan news issue
    clannews new <note> - posts a new clan news issue
    clannews town <note> - posts a new clan news issue to the town

This command allows you to read clan news issues in the same way the NEWS
command lets you read Medievia news issues. When you have unread clan news
issues a yellow CLNEWS will be visible on your prompt.

Only clan leaders and co-leaders can post new issues. To post a new issue
simply write the text onto a piece of paper and type "clannews new
<note>"-or "clannews town <note>",-where <note> is the name of that paper.
Posting clan news issues currently costs 250,000 coins for a single clan
and 500,000 coins for a town. The person who posts the message must have
this gold on them.
