BLNEWS

Syntax:
    blnews - shows you the latest bloodline news
    blnews <issue> - shows you the specified bloodline news issue
    blnews new <note> - posts a new bloodline news issue
    blnews delete <#> - deletes a bloodline news issue

This command allows you to read bloodline news issues in the same way the
NEWS command lets you read Medievia news issues. When you have unread
bloodline news issues a yellow BLNEWS will be visible on your prompt.

Only legends can post new issues. To post a new issue simply write the
text onto a piece of paper and type "blnews new <note>", where <note> is
the name of that paper. Posting bloodline news issues currently costs
100,000 coins. The person who posts the message must have this gold on
them.

Currently a bloodline may have only 5 news issues at a time; you will
need to delete old or unimportant ones in order to post new ones after
the fifth.
